TOURIST TAX
A local tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night is not included in the room rate but is listed as an option during your reservation. This tax is mandatory and will be paid to the local municipality.
RESERVATION
Room reservations can be made online through our website or by phone. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount.
CANCELLATION
In case of reservation cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, and the amount of the first night will be charged.
PAYMENTS
The remaining balance of the stay is due upon arrival. We accept cash payments as well as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Edda Country House reserves the right to charge for damage or theft of the property.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Late arrivals or early departures can be arranged subject to availability. Please provide your estimated arrival time during booking so we can best accommodate you. Late check-out is automatically granted on Sundays, allowing you to enjoy your day and keep the room until 5:00 PM.
PARKING
Free parking is available on site for guests.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Edda Country House. However, for the comfort of all guests, we have some conditions. The Dependence is our kid-friendly room. The two rooms in the main farmhouse, Pool View Room, and Garden View Suite, cannot accommodate children unless both rooms are booked together in the same reservation. Baby cots can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms, except for assistance dogs.
BREAKFASTS
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is provided the evening before in your room.
POOL
The pool is accessible to guests until 9:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The use of the pool is at the guests’ own risk.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Outdoor areas are designated for smoking while respecting others. It may be requested not to smoke around communal areas such as the pool or petanque court.
USE OF THE PREMISES
The customer agrees to respect the peaceful character of the establishment and use the place as it should be. Any behavior contrary to morality and public order will cause the owner to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made.
