Edda is the name of Albane’s Italian grandmother. She is the one who brings people together, who shares, who nourishes.
Edda Country House is obviously a tribute to her work but also to her culture and heritage. It’s the legacy of her granddaughter to whom she passed on the love of giving, of nourishing, of welcoming.
